When I opened my own store a few months ago I thought it would be a great adventure, but within a little while I began to see how much hard work it takes to make a store profitable, not to mention keeping control of all the stock and customer accounts. I began to get desperate, but then I met someone who gave me some advice, and he told me that I needed to look at supermarket POS systems as a way of bringing my business under control. I thought it would be expensive to fit a fully fledged computer system, but I was very wrong, and in any case even if it had been expensive I would now do it anyway since I now realize how much time I can save, and how a point-of-sale system really helps you to keep your business under control and profitable.
