You will need one if you are renovating
There is one item that many homeowners neglect to have on hand when they begin a home renovation job — utility trailers. Let me put this very simply: renovating a home is going to produce an awful lot of waste material, material that will be ripped out of the home and must be discarded somewhere. Without such a trailer you will be forced to simply throw the discarded lumber, flooring, plumbing, wiring, etc. in a big pile in your yard — not very attractive, and possibly also in violation of local municipal ordinances. To protect yourself and others you should secure one of these trailers — you can rent them and then have them hauled away when your project has been completed.
