Will you become a believer? This is what I’m wondering, as our family prepares to travel this summer to visit a couple of real haunted houses in Georgia that we have heard so much about. I think that many people are scared of the supernatural — they don’t want to take a trip out of their personal comfort zone and confront things that make them feel uneasy. Confronting these great mysteries of life may cause us to ask questions that we are not prepared to answer. Putting it very simply, many of us fear becoming a believer in the supernatural — we would much rather hold on to our secular mindset. But many thousands of people testify: these things are indeed real — visit and you may become a believer too.
