What is the best way to learn how to play the guitar?
My son is 13 years old and wants to start taking guitar lessons. To be honest, I am all for it and love the idea of him playing a musical instrument. I am just not entirely sure of what is the best way for him to learn. I was hoping someone might be able to refer me to a resource on a Learn and Master guitar review that I might be able to see how other people are directing their kids. Based on what my son is telling me he just wants to be able to play like the guys in his favorite bands. But I like the idea of him being able to actually learn the guitar and the theory behind it.
