Understanding Rochester NY real estate
The best part of living in upstate NY is its beautiful. The second beast part is the property taxes are really good. When we began looking at Rochester NY real estate I was thrilled when the real estate agent told us the property taxes for the different homes we were considering. We have lived in Texas and Florida and the taxes in those areas have sky rocketed in the last few years. The idea that and area of NY would be reasonable… The Rochester area has a wonderful small town feel and yet it is located not far from some major cities and those property taxes…wow.
