Motivated to Run

My friend is hooked on running. I managed to start him, though he was a little hesitant at first. Actually, I had to bribe him. He is feeling great now, and loves running. He is a great example of how exercise and proper nutrition complement and encourage each other. He does not want to sabotage himself with junk food when he finishes a grueling run. Conversely, he feels better when he eats well, and is more likely to want to run. His eating habits have really changed. For our first run, I bribed him with doughnuts, now he is looking into an acai weight loss program.
