Best way to lose weight

If you are reading this you probably want to lose weight and I’m here to help you with that. But let’s think outside the box for a little bit and try another approach. For the next month or so don’t worry to much about your weight, you can concentrate on that later. Don’t worry about weighing scales and how many pounds you are gaining or losing each week as this is not the best way to lose weight. In the coming weeks I would like you to explore some alternatives to your current diet that you know you will enjoy in the future that will also help you lose weight. Buy a few new cookbooks, visit a few fresh food markets and start experimenting. I have no doubt that you will find some healthy, low calorie meals and snacks you will absolutely love. Even eating two or three of these healthy meals each week will make a big difference to your weight.
