05/12 Is This Practical?

Biodiesel sounds like a very good idea, and I would definitely try to use it if it were available near me. I like the idea that it is better for the environment, and can be made with agricultural waste products. Now it seems making biodiesel at home is possible. I have seen the directions on the internet. I just wonder how practical it is. I don’t know how safe it is to have the ingredients sitting around the house, and to make it in large enough quanitities to use to fuel a car would definitely take a long time using this method. What else can you use it for?

05/11 Will Water4Fuel System Void Your Warrenty?

When I began researching online to find out whether or not converting your engine to a hybrid system with a water4fuel kit will void a manufacturer’s warranty, I had a very difficult time finding an answer. Most of the retailer’s web sites seemed to skirt around the issue. This drew a red flag, but I was pleasantly surprised after finding several outside, independent companies that claim that these kits will not void a warranty because they are completely reversible. I think that if I were to decide to put one on my car, however, I would contact my vehicle’s manufacturer.

05/08 Couch slipcovers are great when you have children.

Do you have children? If you do, you probably know how hard it is to keep them from eating and drinking while they are sitting on the living room furniture. Even if you forbid it, they may sneak into the living room to eat or drink when you are not looking and not paying attention. They like watching cartoons, and they hate to miss them. When faced with the choice of eating or watching television, they will choose to watch television; unless, of course, they are able to eat and watch television. This usually means that they make a mess. They drop food and spill beverages on your furniture. Couch slipcovers are great when you have children. The kids can eat and drink in the living room, and you do not have to worry about your couch getting stains on it.

05/05 What About The Risk?

My husband has been thinking about taking out one of those secured debt consolidation mortgages in order to fix some things around the house. He wants to finish the basement, and clean the siding, and get a fence around the yard. I am worried that something will happen and we won’t be able to pay the loan, and don’t want to risk the house. Since I don’t work, if he lost his job we wouldn’t be able to make the payments on the mortgage or the loan, and would be in real trouble. I would rather make the improvements gradually as we can afford them.

05/03 Secular Homeschool Curriculum

The Secular Homeschool Curriculum is based on a non religious tradition of home schooling. When your children join a secular home school program they will get the same education as you’d get in the public school system at home. Their are supplies, books, and computers on loan that you can utilize to train your children at home. The costs associated with home schooling are mainly associated with the text books and materials you will have to buy yourself. In some states you have to get accredited to become a home school teacher. Their may be other resources you will need to do this but online you can find all you need.

04/30 Variety Is The Spice Of Life

I have a bad habit, I am always buying new sunglasses. It doesn’t matter that I have a ton of them at home, if I see a cute new style I have to have it. I could probably wear a different pair of sunglasses every day of the month. And I just bought a new pair of Rayban sunglasses. Oh well. I never spend more than I can afford, I just end up spending my money on sunglasses and then not going out to eat for a while to make up for it. Good thing I like to cook for myself!

04/30 Looking For A Bargain

My son will only wear mens designer t-shirts. He won’t wear any plain t-shirts that aren’t name brand. Everything has to be this designer or that designer, depending on who he has decided is cool at the moment. It is so expensive to get him school clothes, I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on where I can get mens designer t-shirts for bargain prices? I am thinking I am going to tell him he can have a certain amount of money to buy his school clothes, and if he wants more he’ll have to work for it at some type of job.

04/28 What Is A Bidet?

The bidet (pronouced bee-day) was invented around 1700 and is an unknown bathroom fixture for many home owners. Even for those who understand the function of the bidet it’s still something that many people are unsure of placing in their bathrooms. What will the neighbours think? So what is a bathroom bidet used for? This depends entirely on where you live in the world. In Europe (mainly France) a bidet is used for anything from cleansing your rear end with water after using a toilet to washing your feet before you go to bed. The most common use for a bidet is the former one - a jet of water is used to clean your behind after you’ve made use of the toilet. It’s seen as a more sanitary way of cleaning yourself.Does this seem somewhat odd? Bear in mind it’s common practice in certain cultures to use your own hand and then simply rinse it in water afterwards - a reason why some cultures will only shake with certain hands! This makes the bidet seem super clean now doesn’t it?

04/28 Do you think it is important?

Asked yourself this question -what is the most important part of owning a coffee maker. Some would say that it is the beans, some says it is the location, others would note the location where it is placed. Seldom would you hear anyone mentioning about cleaning the coffee maker. So, even when you look for coffee maker literature, you would seldom find one on how to clean coffee maker. However, that to me is one of the most important part about owning a coffee maker. In fact, it is so important, it is always included in the sales pitch of good coffee makers, highlighting how easy it is to clean this coffee maker…
