05/13 Statement

Right now I find the cutest thing in baby clothes are onesies with statements. I have seen everything from political parties to vintage rock album covers on an infant dressed in a onesie. Following this trend the other day, I went to see if I could purchase some new onsies for my 6month old. I found some great organic baby clothes with organic slogans on them. Now my daughter can fit in the with crowd at daycare her outside that states she is organically produced, grown and harvested. I love that this new trend for baby is so cute and so environmentally friendly.

I noticed a good question on a forum today. It relates to Via Viente, the health supplement. 05/08 Best way to lose weight

If you are reading this you probably want to lose weight and I’m here to help you with that. But let’s think outside the box for a little bit and try another approach. For the next month or so don’t worry to much about your weight, you can concentrate on that later. Don’t worry about weighing scales and how many pounds you are gaining or losing each week as this is not the best way to lose weight. In the coming weeks I would like you to explore some alternatives to your current diet that you know you will enjoy in the future that will also help you lose weight. Buy a few new cookbooks, visit a few fresh food markets and start experimenting. I have no doubt that you will find some healthy, low calorie meals and snacks you will absolutely love. Even eating two or three of these healthy meals each week will make a big difference to your weight.

05/01 Pysical activity is not lost for those in wheelchairs.

For some, being wheelchair bound is almost like a death sentence. They don’t know how to continue on with their lives and their daily activities without being able to use their legs. It can often inspire depression and anxiety. However, there is a whole group of wheelchair bound people who are excelling in physical activities such as basketball, volleyball, and racing events.

There are even national associations, as well as, local organizations who support and encourage those who are bound to their wheelchairs. I have a friend who has been in a wheelchair for the last 15 years. He still does many active things such as building decks and putting in flooring.

To get rid of gout you may have to make some changes in your eating habits.  It is very important to get rid of it as soon as you possibly can.  Try to stay away from foods that cause it in the first place as this is the best way to make certain that you can rid yourself of it as much as possible. Going on a gout diet,  which means that you should stay away from foods that can cause it in the first place.  If you stay away from foods that cause gout in the first place, then you will be much better off in the future.
