I am the head cook in a restaurant. I run the kitchen, and I want to be sure that I am running a kitchen that prepares meals that are safe to eat as well as delicious. To be sure that we are doing what we are supposed to do, we have food safety and hygiene meetings on a regular basis. We talk about things such as washing our hands after using the restroom, washing raw fruits and vegetables thoroughly before cuttingand serving them, and cooking meat until it reaches a safe temperature.
