Personal time management
If you really want to manage your time effectively you will need to make a time plan for each day. To truly get the most from your day you need to have a clear idea of how you are going to spend each hour. So, each morning, or before you go to bed the previous night you should write down what you aim to achieve with your day and how each hour will be spent for your personal time management. Making a time plan will help you focus on what needs to be done for the day and shouldn’t take longer than a few minutes. Write down all meetings and other tasks that have to be seen to at a certain time. Then you can slot the other things you need to do, both at work and at home, into the available time left. For work, it is best to allocate chunks of time that suit your attention span. Making a time plan like this each day should make it much easier for you to do everything you want and need to do.
