Bankruptcy
I am in a lot of financial trouble. I have about 4 credit cards that are maxed out and I am barely making it paycheck to paycheck. I am behind in my mortgage by 2 months and I just received a foreclosure notice today. If I looked into one of those companies that provides debt management would they help me from losing my house and paying my bills? Is there any way I could just claim bankruptcy and keep everything I have and start new? A bank would not kick me out of my house with no place to live would they?
